Lock, stock & barrel! 12 x 47 (564 sq ft) move-in ready mobile home with new 100 amp service near a canal with 12 x 42 (154 sq ft) Florida room/utility room/storage shed. The Florida room is 7 x 22 with glass crank up & out glass windows and blinds. It also comes with a portable air conditioner which does a nice job of cooling the Florida room. A door separates the Florida room from the 7 x 12 utility room with washer & dryer. An 8 x 8 storage shed is attached to the utility room so the whole street side of the home is Florida room, utility room and storage shed. We are leaving everything except for personal items. The $25,000 selling price includes a $16,000 paid up lot lease so the home itself is $9,000 including contents, a great location, beautiful yard and concrete 2+ car driveway.
